Beef 2 kg

p. W. 250 g

yam 250 g

cloves 4

vinegar May 3 Tablespoon

desi kai

karua 2

water 1 cup

curry leaves 1

salt

pepper powder May 1 Tablespoon 

little bit of butter


Cut the meat. Peel the potato and cut it. B. Chop the onion. B. W. Put all other ingredients except butter, meat and yam in a pan and boil till the water dries up. Then B. Add some onion. Fry the meat, plenty of onion and yam in another pan. Mix these together in a large bowl.
